XD well naruto's not really feudal-timed; Its designed to have a feel and style of the edo-period/ feudal japanese era- so its not like WAY back in time, but just an old-world-old-style feel. Im guessing it's just Kishimoto-sama's style XDD
So they have bikes, and telivisions, and video-games, and radios, ovens, and alot of other things you could think of. X3
