So, Hanji is a Prof. / Breeder. I imagined she would have all the Offbeat pokemon.

Also, the story behind why she has a Venasaur: I can imagine that when Titans attacked, all of the officers would get all of their pokemon up on the wall to perform Hyper beam or Solar beam against advancing Kyojin.
